Universal Learning Centre (ULC) was established on 1st July 2007 under name Universal Computer Centre.Universal Learning Centre is an Authorized Training Centre of CAL-C (Punjab Infotech, ISO 9001:2000 certified, Punjab Govt. Undertaking).Universal Learning Centre primary object is to provide quality education.It offers higher education in computer Software, Hardware and Networking. Universal Learning Centre is a distinctive, highly professional Computer Educational organization, engaged in career counselling and providing most authentic, prompt and highly reliable information to the students in the IT. We are also organizing Industrial Training program for Engineering and Polytechnic Students. This Industrial Training program will be for 15 Days, 45 Days and Six Months All courses are highly job oriented courses. Industrial Training will be based on 100% Practical. We also help students for suitable job placement.
